I got the ratio to around 14.5 -15.0 on idle and its about the same on cruise maybe more 15.0 but when i boot the car insttead of heading down towards 11s-12s it goes up to about 17 what would cause this its doing my head in now?

it says it in the instructions that are on disc.
I might try welding a bung in the exhaust and see if it shows different results

hear ya go hear is what the exaust bung looks like

the sensor screws into it and that the holds the sensor in the flow of exaust gases if it was flaping around in the exaust you will get a siiiiiite reading. ive found the exaust bung is shit with "big" tail pipes it will only give a good reading when the gases are flowing quick ie WOT ect ect i think air tends to waft into the tain pipe giving falce reading's i would defantly weld the bung into the down pipe (about 2 feet from the turbo) and see what happens then

ive seen this sensor used on mapping rolling road cars first i would try putting it somewere in the front of the exhaust and if she's still saying 17's etc then she's running lean carefull of you might melt a piston i run a lm-1 and thats spot on

hang about, you pushed it up the exhaust and then put your foot down, how the heck did it not blow out the exhaust!! were you letting it bounce around in the backbox
