Default 3dr Rear brakes

Desperately need to upgrade my rear brakes from standard items

The front will be fitted with 325mm Brembo set up so what would work perfect with the fronts?

Are 4x4 calipers and bigger d+g discs any different?

2wd caliper is on a solid discs

4wd caliper clamps onto a vented disc

so you get a 2wd car with a 10mm wide disc 4wd clamps a 20mm wide disc

you need the brackets and alipers to go vented, but seeing as the hubs for the 2 and 4wd cars are the same, it's a direct bolt on replacement fix

the difference from 2wd and 4wd is on the disc, 4wd have same size as 2wd but ventilated, so the 4wd caliper is a little wider to fit over the disc. I would go gor this:

I changed the rears on my 3 Door to 4x4 didn't really notice any massive stopping difference as I already had 6 pot 355mm on the front but I used to cook the 2wd rears could get the calipers to glow red!!!
But now with the 4x4 setup much better and no more cook brakes.

I wouldnt bother changing them tbh , the rears only do around 20% of the braking .

I had some of those Hispec handbrake calipers on mine but the 4 pot ones, the handbrake mech was gash wouldnt even hold the car.
