Default N/A zetec... Max CR on stock pistons?

I'm building a budget blaster naturally aspirated 1800 zetec engine.

Nowt flash, just a new set of shells, a hone, some rings and 2ltr camshafts.

While I've got the head of I may as well tweak the CR up a bit.
The 1800 Zetec is 10:1 as stock.....

I was just wondering what sort of CR people are running? I would of thought i could run 11:1 with out any det/reliability probs?

Any info appreciated,

DC
