is this a good deal Bush LCD52786F1080P 52in Full HD Digital LCD TV at argos for £499 as i am thinking of getting one thanks bryan

Do you particularly want a 52in TV?
The Samsung PS50B451 (50") is a far better set and available for £539 here. It's only HD Ready (720p), but is a better picture than the Bush will manage anyway. That and Sky, Freeview, Freesat are all 720p/1080i anyway, so unless you want to be £20-30 a go on Bluray's, HD-Ready will be fine

I've got a Bush 40" and I think the picture quality is damn good, and perfectly sufficient, and I'm only watching it on Freeview at the mo.
Just cos it hasn't got a big name on the front doesn't bother me.

get a panasonic mate, by FAR better..... obviously you wont get them cheaper so you would have to downgrade the size to get in that price range!

i am looking for a new tv and saw this and thought it was a good deal but i want one that is full hd as i am getting sky hd fitted and i can play my ps3
