Default cooker and fire ignition switch question?

my space heaters ignition switch has packed up i think as im getting the fan on and plenty of gas yet its not lighting? are these like lighters which use a little flint inside? could i repair it? cheers

what type of ignition does it use? Push button Piezo? If so you can pick them up pretty cheap.
