so you've either got an 89 spec dohc or a 92 spec gt yes?
seeing as everything else came with discs all round in the dohc flavour AND the larger servo and master cylinder
so what you need is the following:
dohc all disc servo/master cylinder combo
mondeo mk3 calipers
st170 focus 300mm discs
disc'd rear end from a sierra, any sierra
16 inch rims
with a bit of haggling and luck, you shoudl get this lot for around the £400 mark
when you've got this lot you can fit them together, without this lot you are going to have brake balance issues as well as soft pedal travel issues because the calipers are too big for the master cylinder you've got to psuh fluid into

and then you won't be albe to do anything else unless you use cossie stoppers due to them having tapped hubs rather than holes in the hubs for the calipers to bolt thorugh
ok, so yuo need to work the hubs on the mondeo conversions, but it's just making the holes bigger, plus yu can get the brakes for peanuts and a set of discs and pads from fleabay for less than £100
Just weld the rear diff. Lot of people use granada cosworth brakes as there the same cossie 4x4 ones and there cheap and easy to get hold of. I think you have to mod either the cailper or hub no matter what setup you go for though. As for the rear you'll probably be best off get a complete cossie 2wd rear beam and with that you'll get a rear anti-roll bar aswell.

cheers for that dojj that what im going to do mate just seen some covers for the mondeo calipers brembo covers so they will look goo on my car cheers you might of saved me some money to as for the rear you dont know anyone selling a rear sub frame at all for a dohc cheers
one inlet cam
one exhaust cam
4 inlet valevs
4 exhaust valves
it's the same engine that wetn on to get 16 vavles in the rs2000 and the galaxy and scorpio in 2.0 and 2.3 displacements
loads of peole now simply bolt the 2.3 version in place of the 2.0 lump, all you need to do is find a manual one as the clutch/flywheel's are slightly beefier versions and block off the balancer shafts
