I only know of Think Auto but they dont seem that interested (emailed and called several times but no response)

Merlin motorpsport will knock you a kit up with your require lengths/fittings etc, they keep loads in stock as well as all the various hose options you might want (rubber/samco/aeroquip etc). Have a look on their website and give them a ring
