Default Car hunting help???

Morning all, My sister has given me the job to look for a new car for her.
Needs to be a esate, loads of room for kids, her two and as she is a child worker, other peoples kids too. So must have three proper seat belts in the back, deisel, lil bit sporty not too important, and last a good 4-5 years. buget is 3000 to 4000. I've been thinking Volvo v40, Honda accord, 3 serise touring (they see a bit ropy for the budget) not really sure about audi for the budget.
Any other idea please?

I sold the car two years ago, and moved abroad. I know the person selling it, and it looks like he has taken car of the car, just like i did. It really is an excellent example.
