Had a go at flocking a couple of small parts last night with a kit i got from frost website.Have left them for 24 hours to dry like it says, but now there dry whats the best way to get rid of all the excess/loose particles that are left? Do people use a soft brush on them or something like that?

Ive repaired a lot of diy flocked items, the worst was a set of pillars. It is all down to the adhesive. It will always be patchy due to the nature in which it is fed (gravity/puffer)
what you need to do is use a better adhesive. SP115 resin and harderner is extremly strong and has a working time of around 15 mins before the reaction starts, unlike the frost adhesive which begins going off very quick making a barrier stopping the flock from penetrating through the adhesive. You will need to thin out the adhesive first to make it more workable. Once you have done it this way you will be able to hoover, use a paint brush to clean etc and never worry about flock coming off again.
Hope this helps
