She won't accept liability!!!!!
I have been driving 10yrs and not a scratch but last year i had a single vehicle(my fault) accident last year and got £325 for my car from insurance two weeks later i was rear ended in another accident obviously a non fault claim but the t@@t that hit me wont accept liabilty, she admitted to me and 3 others at the scene she just din't see me slowing cos she was"looking for something". Obvious admittance, then her father turns up at the scene and all that changes they now say i MUSTof been reversing out of the garage into her path (i am trying to stay cool about this as i type!!!) that was last june. My insurance company are a bunch of usless muppets who just send silly your fault letters and avent done shit since except today when i got my insurance renuwal quote from £277 last year GET THIS £2865.00 for this year, when i rang they said i lost two years no claims for the previus which i accept, but another two for the outstanding claim they have been unable to finalise giving me no claims bonus, but once it is sorted it will be rectified, but that will be too late i have tried everysite to get insured and there all £1000.00 or more!!!! i will av to sell my car and not drive at all now because of the lying b@@@@@d, and to top it off i found out today she has made a injury claim against me!!!!!!! i have been telling my insurers to take it to court but they said they have to wait?> wait for what? between them and the lying t@@t they've taken it all away from me!!!!!. justice effin' bulls@@t!

Been there too mate when my Wife's car was written off by someone else and it took 18 months to sort out via the courts
My advice is to get as much evidence as you can, we turned up at court and it shouldn't have ended up in court with photos of both vehicles (a shock to the other party ) and once they saw the evidence I had they knew they had lost the case, shame really because it should never have reached court and it meant 18 months of high premiums for my wife and I had to sell my car to insure hers
It was funny seeing his solicitors face when he saw what I'd arrived with "can I borrow these" was shortly followed by "look at what they have" to his client LMAO

You don't have your no claims until closure of a claim in your favour. Ask for a copy of the other sides written statement so you can rip it apart. If you have witnesses ensure they have sent in written statements to back up your story. Make sure you have copies of these too. Write to the insurers recorded delivery, don't ring them. My old insurers claimed they never had any phone calls reporting my non-fault accident (funny they managed to forward me to a solicitor and send me letters about it, then!).
There is no point rushing to court when you have no evidence that you did not hit her as what are you going to try and work with? Don't ring them, they'll only do your head in then pretend they've never heard from you before next time you call.
