Lewis which bit do you want me to explain? The £340 for the clutch you have bought off Martin still needs the £30 OE release bearing (hence why on my site it is listed as £370 for the clutch, as I include this
).

Well Mikey I spoke to Martoon & he said it came with a realse bearing!
But we have hit a lil snag! u have a PM on this!

ford dont sell the old release bearing any more so DOO has told us
the gearbox man myself an lewis use jsut so happened to work for ford and robbed loads back in the nineties
he charged me £10 for mine

he only charged me £60 to supply a new clutch and fit it on me fiesta lol
and all he had to do was fit a release bearing and a t5 is a piece of piss to get off on that ramp of his with his gearbox jack
oh well it got me to bedford

me fella got me a alcon 6 for crimbo...said its a more girly clutch...cheeky fooker.....just like a standard one aparently...got mine from woodford....£300
