wierd sierra cosworth problem help!

i have a sierra sapphire 4x4 and some times when your driving down the road it just randomly starts to judder sort of thing and if you drop it down a gear or put your foot down it clears. just wondering if anyone knows what the problem may be? thanks

It sounds like its getting too much fuel when your going slow and when you change down your clearing it out , could be wrong , sure someone else will help .

Is it a certain speed related problem?
I had a 4x4 cossie and at around 50-60mph it would shake!
If not i'd be with steanlol,Too much fuel get it checked at a garage last thing you want is it going pop!
