Default any window fitters??

got double glazing in the house but the outside frames are brown and inside are white.i was wondering can the fronts be changed to white without replacing every window as they are decent and be crazy to replace whole thing because i dont like the colour.

Pretty sure the brown is a Laminate.

yeah , its possibe , depends on the construction of the window itself ,

check one of the corners , see if you can peel off the brown mate ,

cheers guys.it is a plastic/laminate frame round the windows.il go have a poke about them.oh and not wana paint them.rather leave them as they are than paint.

Check your title deeds before you go peeling as the external appearance of the house may be set out there as a planning permission/building control matter.

Our house is 19 years old and we all had a specific Butinox timber finish for eaves and soffits, as well as a particular window style.

One of the neighbours here has changed his and the rest of us are waiting to see if anyone comes along to enforce the rules!
