this thread make me feel better as my hours aren't that bad in comparison!
i Leave the house at approx 6:30 and arrive back between 4 and 6 dependant on quite a few factors ( i work a flexi shift at work btw)

Currently my hours are:
Alarm goes off at 5am
In for work at 6am
Meant to finish at 4pm
But of late i'm finishing at 9/10/11pm
My base hours per week are 50, but they can vary a hell of a lot of late, average is around the 80 mark - Christmas week i did 127hrs!

Sunday i leave at 16.00 for start at 17.00, Finish work roughly 6am and home for 7am sometimes later if its been a shit night
Dayshift weds + Thurs, Leave at 05.45 and return home 7-7.30 pm

used 2 leave the house at 6 to start work around 7-7.30ish, then used 2 finish work at 7pm and get home for around 8ish.
Now had all our overtime cut and back too core hours so finish at 4.30 and home by about 6ish. Hate it cos i hit rush hour traffic now and i relied on the overtime to pay for fuel etc. Do 45miles each way so fuel bills are pretty high!!

8:30 to 5:30 is what i should do, but have been there with old man mapping till gone 11 ish so can be loong days

Working day for me depends on what I feel like as I work flexi. Supposed to be a 7hour 24min day / 37 hour week, but I usually do about 38 hour week.
Leave home at 7:50, drop mum in town, at work for 8:15am, leave at about 4:10pm with 20 mins for lunch.

Up at 8 am out to walk my two bulldogs at 8.30ish, back home till 9.45 I walk dogs for a living.
Pick first 4 dogs up by 10 am for a one hour walk.
Next 4 dogs for another hours walk.
Same again with another 4 dogs for another hour.
Same again for one hour.
That's 4 hours walking dogs and around an hour and a half in between them all sorting them all out and dropping them of etc at their homes.
About 5 and a half hours in total, earns some decent money as it is Ł10 per dog per hour and i have just took insurance out to have dogs stay with me in my home over night.
I also sell meguiars what just involves a trip to the post office around 4.15.

instrument/electrical/control technician in a salt production plant.
get up 30 mins before i start, leave 15 mins later, overalls on and in the workshop with 2-3 mins to spare every day, good job i live less than a mile away

currently working two jobs.
for first job alarm goes on 5:20 am, working from 6am to 2pm.
at home from job around 2:20 pm, eat something and go to another job from 3pm to 10pm
Sunday is the only day when I'm free

If you include client entertainment then can be 20 hours a day or more!!! (Most of it is ALOT of fun... I will admit!)
I start 7am everyday and finish at 6ish...
but I got in at 1.30am this morning after organising a huge big football tournament last night for my clients...
I also spend alot of weekends with clients at sporting events, concerts or holidays...
In fact I dont think ANYONE works longer hours than me!

im a service engineer, out the door for 6.30am and can get in any time. usually around 6, 6.30 pm, sometimes 8.30pm. rarely do less than 10.5 hours a day (usually 12) if im away from home it will be 14+ hour days as hotels suck ass...
last month i done 112 hours overtime
75+ hour weeks, also suck ass!

either leave house at 7:30 get in at 5:30, or leave house at 8 get in anywhere between half 6 and 8:30. meant to do 9-5 and dont get paid any overtime for what extra i do

Tuesday - leave house at 4.30pm and get home at 8.45pm

mon-frid wake up 6am, leave house 6.30am, arrive/start work @ 7.15, leave work round 6.30pm to be home by 7.30, and saturday half day thank god!
and no set lunch, just eat when we can. the joys of being a barber/butcher!

i do to shifts the best one. Up at 5am get to work for 6am finish at 2pm. Or get up at 6am go to gym for 7 do 1n a half hour work out. Go back home leave work at 9.30am to start at 10am. Finish at 6pm. But on that shift i have 1n a half hours break time lol. Thats monday to friday.
