Default HELP - RE: Rst Engine

hi all just wondering if any1 new the height of an rst lump as i am looking to transplant 1 into a mini.

i know of a midengined mini but no front engine minis with the rst lump.

can any1 help!?

Looked into this, and dont think it's viable. Much better with a VTEC lump, there is a subframe available for it too.

the lump from sump oil drain bolt to the top of the inlet manifold is about 26.5 inches

The Vtec seems to be a popular conversion. I think I would go that way. Or 2 R1 Engines!!

Seen Mini with cossie enigine front mounted..but not RST. Have you tried the mini forums?

Mini machine do a Vtec conversion kit. Still a bit of work tho
