scarey shit really 
we had a Merc (1 owner) checked by the RAC last year and examiner told us what panel(3 in total) had had different amounts of paint on(machine measures the thickness of the paint on the panel) and the owner was unaware so it must of been done while it was @ the main dealers b4 he bought it.
