the sad thing is these people very rarely get what they deserve and get away with this shit all the time, since my car was stolen from the garage i now keep it on my drive blocked in by cars as once someone is in your unit they can take as long as they want as they can't be seen, i know you can't do the same with tools, karts etc.
if i run the country they would be dragged around the streets and hung high we work hard for what we have for some scummy pikey to come and take it.

put an ad on gumtree in and around your area with a small reward see if anyone rings u its worth a try pal and it dont cost nout also put it on swapz and pistonheads places like that

thanks for all the support, we sat Daniel down tonight and told him what had happened, he did appear shocked at first and then the tears started,we then told him we will buy him a faster one if it doesn't turn up which cheered him up.

totally gutted for you , and esp the lad , The theiving scum dont have any idea of the upset the cause let alone the financial side of things.
Sounds like someone knew what was in there and its been well scoped out.
Our place is alarmed and monitored so if the alarm goes off the monitor company phone me , if they cant get me they call the police , There is also a key operated kill to the main power so the shutted cannot be lifted and no lights or power can be used. There is also siren inside the place which is seriously loud.
I have rottwielers that are about the yard all the time , however if someone comes in , I always make a point of putting the dogs away saying " he hates strangers and attackes them" .
13 years there and we never had any bother , but our last place got turned over and I was scared to go there in the evenings and stuff , so nobody is doing this to me again.
I hope you get your stuff back and esp the lads kart.

How much would insurance work out to? Got to be worth it for the future... But this is exactly why I won't get a unit for my cars etc, I would be shit scared of this happening, at least at home there is someone around 24/7 and neighbours to keep an eye out. Trouble with units is most nights they are not being used, so thieving bastards can afford to make a bit of noise and take thier time.

Went down there last night, they have took me cobra suzuka seat which is all black and gt width, 2 blue 6 point schroth harnesses, and the black side mounts and sub frame which were on the seat. The side mount has 2 extra holes punched in them ause i'm a lanky bastard so are easy recognisable. They aso have 2 seat base cushions which hve the lumps at the front that i had to replae the standard flat ones
