Boys and Toys.
I love my S2's and have had 6 over the past 20 odd years.
My current one has barely missed a beat in the past 5 years, and the only funds I've put into her have been for performance and bling.
It's sooo nice having an S2 that hasn't been a money pit.
But the old girl is showing her age now, and is the worse for wear after this long winter.
So I've decided I will re-shell her, and give her a full restoration, but will then no longer be my daily driver.
I eventually want her being a car I'd be well happy to bring along to shows etc.
So I rekon it's time for me to source a more practical motor for my daily drive.
I'm thinking of a Lexus Is200 sport, (soz).
But if i had the choice of just the one motor my S2 Turb's would always win.
From the start they've been a hobby as well as transport.
A 20 yr hobby is hard to give up...
So speaking of hobbies, what other hobbies do you lads have?
Another of my hobbies is collecting, restoring and riding Old School Bmx.
I have about 8 kicking about the house.
Here's acouple of my favourites, and classic bmx.
One of my Diamond Back "Harry Leary" Turbo's, and the iconic Skyway T/a.
The wife just says " boys 'n' toys", keeps me out of trouble tho...
