Default The police do something right for a change!

A friends car, a tidy little RS1800 that he bought a few days ago was stolen about an hour ago. The police have already found it 10 miles away and have it tucked away in the police compound. Has minimal damage but hopefully nothing that can't be sorted!

Well done Wiltshire Police for a change!

they do sometimes......

yesterday my dad was doing some work round the back of his house.(they live on a very quiet part of warrington with some very expensive properties) and he heard a banging but didnt really take any notice until his neighbour came out shouting my dads name....
he walked onto the drive to find a very very drunk man (this was 11am by the way) peeing all over his £200 car cover covering his 1961 ford thunderbird-apparently the banging noises were him kicking the car!!!!! according to the neighbour, who had called the police.
the guy didnt have a clue where he was or what he was doing....my dad went off his nut and pushed him away and then checked the car for damage-luckily due the the fact that the metal is very solid on it and the bloke was too drunk to really kick it hard there was no real damage.
the police arrived quickly but it was only one copper who couldnt deal with him as he was just too drunk and was being obstructive-he radioed for help and within minutes an unmarked armed response car arrived and they sorted him out in seconds and threw him in the car and took him away......
im just glad i wasnt there after all the pain and torture ive been through restoring this car for him!!!!

No. He has only had the car a couple of days, and ironically, he was looking at alarms/mmobilisers today. Guess that'll be high on the priority list tomorrow!

fucking hell, they must have dropped it into the station car park when they got bored, unless the police actually look for stolen cars down your way!
