Don't know about you Holty but for me its a 60mile round trip, no matter how clean the car is it won't be like that when i get there!

Sadly Holty i had no option. I've just bought a new house so funds for second car dried up pretty quick. Bit of a catch 22 really as i need the cash to build the double garages. So once thats built i'll be looking for maybe an Escort GTi estate or something general (nothing that will swallow cash that can go on the cossie). The cars done fairly well considering and she's been getting washed three times a week to try and keep the salt of her. Neighbours think i've lost it!!! Anyone would think they've never seen someone wash a car in the rain/snow before LOL

Once she's back tucked up in bed she'll be getting treated to a full respray to cheer her up so isn't all bad.

Davie came along and had a look at it the other day and to show me his S2 do your best to come and you can have a look then it better be dry atleast, dont like it driing in the rain the inner wings/front/slam panel get dirty

Every intention of going but it is the worst possible date for me. I pick up the keys to my new house on the 11th Feb and i have to have my current place cleared by the Sunday night. Think Davie (rst88) knew this and decided to get me back for various slagging episodes on RSOC.

 

Chipperx2, i'm from Greenock (west) so it'll be a 50-60 mile round trip so not so bad. Did you get yourself sorted with a cos rep or something similar? Think it was you looking for one wasn't it?
