try central florida motorsports http://focus.c-f-m.com/ i have used then 6-7 times and never had a problem with them.

You are actually going to have to explain to me, WHY you close a website down to redesign it? 
Doesn't make an ounce of sense to me! Surely you work on a beta version online alongside the existing version and if it's simply a theme amendment then you'd set all users on one theme without the option to change it excluding admin.
