quick question about drugs and driving???
what would happen IF u were in a house full of peeps who were smoking pot say, u DONT actually smoke it yourself but surely it would have an affect on you wouldn't it 
so my question is if you got in your car after the above and drove and got pulled by the old bill and THEY tested you (swab) for driving while under the influence of drugs would U fail or NOT

depends how much ghia there was, its a bit like saying "a drink spilled in my mouth officer"
but tbh theres not real way to convict for drug driving at the moment so hink ya could be tempory safe

If your in a room where Puff is being smoked. You'll get some in your system. Whether it will have any effect on you is down to various factors.
As an example I read a few year back Eddie Irvine was at some party, and someone sparked up. He left IMMEDIATELY because F1 drivers have randomn drugs test. Imagine if hed stayed a few hours then been tested the next morning.
