MSD Wasted Spark Conversion & Distributor blanking cap

When fitting the blanking cap - am i taking apart the top of the distributer to fit MSD blanking cap........blanking cap doesnt fit in the distributors present condition as per the picture......
maybe MSD can comment......

i may be wrong but i think you gut the internals and then fit the cap mate

i would think u remove the rotor arm etc first mate as ur running a coil pack u dont need the rotor arm to provide the spark to the cap!!!

i would,nt do that as if you rip the guts out of it you will not have a phase sensor so unless you are running a cam trigger it will not run id just take the rotor arm off
