Default Snake Pass....

Hey all,

Just experienced the Snake Pass on a very interesting journey back from Manchester to Milton Keynes,

just wanted to say............ FUCK ME WHAT A SUPERB ROAD, and breathtaking scenery.

Was only driving my transit connect so wasnt setting the road on fire, lol, but i was speechless after driving it.

Anyone else had the pleasure, and what were you in?

Cheers

Baz

Yes I do miss the driving roads up north like the snake pass, woodhead, etc now in kent it's flat down here!
Shame the police are spoiling it!

Mint road when it's not full of tourists. Watch out for flying pigs though!!

Some mint scenery but not many places to stop and take piccys, made even harder when someone parks a skip in the way lol

one of my favorite roads. this summer i was going up to the peak district with m8s at least once a month for a drive. they have just re surfaced it iirc.
can remember driving a 300bhp skyline gtst with a locked rear diff through it in the frost. fook me
excellent road.

I had the same thing when I was on my bike last year, mid corner had to stand it up n shit myself as the sheep is scampering around my front wheel.

If anyones planning a Cossie run can I play

Wicked road, depends on if bellends are holding you up. Scenery makes up for it if going slow though
