As Dan said....get a Delphi agent to do a "Proper" recode on it..........
My Mondeo 130bhp TDCi went to Delphi HQ last week and they ran 2 different recode software on it to check there equipment....The first one said it had recoded the injectors.....Then they plugged in the all singing and dancing Delphi software and the injectors were showing the OE cycle counting still....so hadnt recode them, just reset them.....

Which is what most recodes do! They just convince the ECU that it's got new injectors, so the ECU can't then compensate for wear etc.
People are very keen to shout 'recode' whenever a TDCi has a problem, but in reality the recode is something you do after you've fixed the car.

it was done with a snap on solus pro reader i was told this can do it
plus the car went into fords 6 months ago with the same problem and it came out with them saying no fault codes and charging 200 quid for that answer . then the problem went away and has just come back

Hmm, have no personal experience but some of the people in the know suggest that you should only use the correct kit.
Your first problem could have been the same injector and the Ford recode (or ECU update) just delayed the innevitable, and now a different injector could be at fault. It's an arse but it seems to me that all the injectors need testing if you suspect a fault with one. They do seem to fail at around the same time as each other.
Fault codes seem to mislead as much as they pinpoint the problem, as an error with part X could affect part Y which reveals the (wrong) fault code.
