I dont think they should be driven if they have made it this far being so well looked after & kept thats the way they should stay so they will always be around. If i ever make 70 years old & see a low mileage cosworth/mk2 rs2000 i would be delighted
there was one that had done something like 300miles on PH a while ago had been kep in a temprteure chamber at a constant tempreture with little/no moisture in the air and inly diver on a perfect day

No any Escort Cos with miles like that is worth mega money, early homologation cars would probably be of more interest due to what they represent but either will command silly money with mileage like that.
