Default Had a quick play with the sticky carbon film...

And here's the results!

Quite easy to do if you are patient (unlike me lol). Very pleased with the outcome, I know some will probably say waste of time blah blah, but certainly cheers up the deary grey plastic!

Only got a couple of camera phone pics I'm afraid..

Its pretty straightforward really, lay it over the top of the item you are covering, then heat it with a hot air gun and press it into shape.

Normally that happens with me too, but worst comes to the worst, it'll just peel off again so no harm done if I did cock it up!

Very durable, you can wrap cars with it so should stand up to stone chips etc. I've also put it on the back of my phone, and its not peeled yet, so as long as its put on right dont see you having a problem!

Looks really good that mate
I have been thinking of changing the chrome strips on the outside of my MK4 Escort and was maybe swaying over having them powder coated but I reckon I might go for the carbon look now

Yeah give it a go! As I said, if your not keen on it or you cock it up then just pull it off and try something else. The stuff is so easy to work with as well, it can be screwed up into a ball, then put some heat onto it and it will go out flat again with no creases.

I'll probably get some more to do a few other little bits I reckon

It looks good as it is real carbon fibre without the resin.
