i own a mk5 escort and i am having trouble with rust under the window rubbers does anybody know the best way to get rid of it?

the BEST way is to buy new doors but thats probably not what you wanted to hear

take it to a good bodyshop,they'll sort it,it'll need cutting out and fresh metal in,i had the doors on a xr4i done a few years ago,cost me 150quid.
