rite gone out to drive the st this morning n the front drivers spring has snapped

so im going to lower it, can i have pics of your lowered st170s or focus on 17 please

My old st170, on 18s mind. Lowered on eibach springs, ride was fucking terrible though!

i only got 17s, not sure on eibachs. what was wrong with the ride?

Tyres are 215/45/17
Lowered 50mm Front, 40mm back

Not an ST though. A 30mm drop on an st170 will look the same as they are 20mm lower standard

Smashed through even the slightest of potholes, sometimes I literally thought I'd tore a wheel off the ride was that bad. Really bumpy, hit a bump in the road while taking a bend at speed and it would unsettle the whole car. Putting a set of lowering springs on it completely fucked it up, keep it standard if I were you!
