yeah done that, tried eleting all files, clearing history and emptying cookies, then when i go to look at a post it asks me to log in, then its logged in as Chip!!!

Use Explorer and browse to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Cookies and delete everything in there.
USERNAME being the user you're logged onto that PC with (assuming it's Windows 2000 or XP).
