afr gauge calibration

ive just fitted a new afr gauge in my skyline but how do i calibrate it ? its got a screw in the back for adjustment its an aem wideband.
is there a figure for setting it too with the engine not running ? or are they set from the factory ?

Surely it calibrates itself in clean air ?
