but for some reason i can't find the original post i put up about them

thing they were either called speed clips or spring clips but i can't find the post with the pics on

what's even worse is tht when i put the words into google, it comes up with some totally differnt things, mostly about gun clips and shit like that

anyone shed any light on the original question please?

they are the clips that you push/screw onto a small stud that sticks out of the bodywork to secure the various heat sheilds and plastic thigns that are attached underneath

They are called Dzus fasteners. Google them & loads of different types come up.

almost mate, but not quite

i've got some small studs sticking out the bottom of the car and i am afer clips that will clamp over the top of them without anything to attach them to

if they had bits sticking out then i could use the other side of the fitting to get the job done, might still be ale to as they look about right so i'll go and have a look for them

them ones right at the bottom are similar to the ones i'm after, i know that ford had plastic screw one things to hold the likes of the door ajar ecu bracket to the bulkhead on the seirra but fuck knows why i can't find anything on the net that looks even remotly similar
