theres a torx fitting either side of the bumper on the underneath, spray plenty of wd40 up there before you attempt anything

As Bad boy rs mentions, there are to maybe t30 or 35 torx screws underneath the bumper, just behind where the bumper shape comes out again either side of the number plate area. These (if you can get them to move without rounding them out or snapping them.... Good luck) can give you a bit of up and down adjustment. I found it easier(??) to take out the retaining bolts that hold the bumper ends to the wings, and slide the bumper off. (remember to unplug fog's) The bumper mounts sit inside some rubber 'shims' for a lack of a better word, in the end of the chassis legs. Once you have the bumper of, you can refresh these torx adjusters, piece o'piss

Yeah, can see where you mean. The bumper does look fresh as .... Wish mine was as good. I have mine equal either side where yours is a bit low after refreshing it, but unfortunately, it sags in the middle. One of my twat mates put some cardboard teeth in it and took a picture, tagging it as Chick Hicks. Twat.

there are 2 bolts either side that hold it in place, then it just pulls free

you will probably find that either the side brackets have broken which has caused the sag or that the little plastic thingies that the bumpers sit in have come out which is why it's sagged

everything becomes clear once you've got the bumper off

you may be able to get the little plastic thing from ford still, should only cost pennies and it simply twists into place

otherwise you may just have to go and pay out for it

just make sure that the wing it's going into isn't bent
