On a few of the programes you will notice that the purchasers also share their names with the production crew! I used to run dealerships and sold 1000's of cars and can honestly say real punters are never like his.
A personal favourite epsiode was with the Capri, Ed spent loads of time welding on new front wings then threw contents of badly matched spray can over the front end, what a waste of time fella!
I wish when someone brought in a rusted up dog into our workshops it all came apart as easily as does on the telly!

just watched , not a bad episode, no shocking repairs,
but what was the stearing wheel about, take of a better one to fit a crapper one?
oh and the wheels, why? as allready said original 2wd drive wheels.
£5920 with no labour, as allways
cool 6.4 to 60
by edd & a 5.9 by mike, not bad for 400bhp ish

my personal favourite was the jeep he done up then relised it needed load of welding then sold it to a farmer to push haybales or something hahaha

The sapph is nice but no way is it 380-400bhp,
More like 300-320. If it was really putting 400 mike and ed would have been sideways on the 205 tyres = during the 1 mile run.
Why did they get rid of the rs 4 spoke steering wheel?

was a good show! (thanks to Rab )
obviously a few stupidities but its TV as said, steering wheel swap was daft, as were the alloys imo, standard ones are fucking RANK and make it look like an old mans car, especially in that colour.
and lol @ nearly 400bhp, not a chance

just had a quick search on here for both wheels on here and i was wrong
, i just seem to remember escos wheels bein much deeper lookin on a sierra, cuz there was a blue sierra 4x4 went about aberdeen with them a few year ago and the wheels stuck out like fook on it,maybe he had spacers or summit on.

On the camper van episode Mike says its up for £3250 ill bid him £2250. He Kicks off big style if some one offers him £100 less than what he wants for a motor!!! what a hypocrit.

You'll probably find that they're trying to point out that when it comes to selling you should aim to get as much as possible, and not take the first offer that comes out of a buyers mouth.
