How come they didn't run ALS on the RS500's? touring car regs? Top vid's

I used to watch the British touring cars and the Australian touring years ago with my dad! Those and the rallying were the only motorsport we watched!
Used the love seeing the RS500's flying around! I wish I'd been a bit older when they were racing so I could have gone to see them!
To me the touring cars seemed boring compared to the late 80's after the RS500's stopped racing.

Does anyone know of any DVDs you can get of the touring cars, Australian and British?
I used to have the 1988 season of the British touring cars on VHS but it got chewed up!!

There is an excellent dvd of the 1988, 1989, 1990 Bathurst 1000 available. It is an Australian dvd produced by Chevron 106128-9 sourced through Ebay.
