can anyone on here get me the car pass password for a 99 astra g sri ?
vauxhall dealer wants £45 just to tell me the security pass for my own car
i have a OBD programmer to clear fault codes etc but some of the functions you need the security pass

Is it not on a credit size card located in your Vauxhall booklet/case, good mate of mine is a vaux tech in aberdeen he's never had to use my code to clear any faults on my 888, only time ive needed it was to swap a mapped ecu from my pals astra turbo to my car.

As said above, you do not need the securty pass for fault diagnostics, only for programming purposes, i.e. keys, modules, etc...
Also, they are only £20 plus vat, so I would ask another Vauxhall dealer.
