Championship Manager 4

Can anyone on here give me some good tips about champ man 4 i.e tactics and training, people to sign etc. With lower league teams it seems vitually impossible to sign good players

Can any one help?????????

theres a few sites around with hints and tips on it.

search google for em. I did have the links but my computer crashed and i lost all my hints, tips, links etc......
