For those people who have Reserved Passes & Pit Garages, these will be held until Sunday 16th January. If your payment has not been received by Gemma on this date we have to assume you dont want them anymore and they will go back into the available list.

Please remember that you cannot turn up on the day without a pass to get into the grounds, even if you just want to watch.

Your Track Pass will tell you whether you have a pit garage or not

I havn't got that info to hand at the moment, what we'll prob do is add a seperate list of paid for Pit Garages. If it doesn't appear tonight we'll try and get it on tmoz.

Clare can I send you Ł5 for a passenger pass?? but can I send it with my club stand bookings and just put a seperate cheque in for that????? It was a fiver weren't it???

Also one of the men coming with us Gus (off here) I'm 99% sure has paid for a track pass etc, although his name does not seem to be on the list???

I'm sending all PF Stand club booking hopefully off tomorrow, as per my pm!

Food........... Palmer Sport do not allow external food vendors onsite, so we have hired the Trackside Suite (posh name for a room with tables) 11am to 2pm and they have just taken on new caterers, so ive told them we want chips, burgers, jacket potatos etc.... and i've also told them what price we expect them to be. Once my contact there is back from holiday next week i'll have a better idea of what food they are providing (they did say that my request was not unreasonable).

Does this mean people like myself who just want to come to the show wont be allowed in unless we have allready booked a ticket?

Is this not like other RSOC shows throughout the year?
