sorry just an entrance one, i think, i did want a passenger pass for the track, but only found out a mate wanted to come last sat, so left it to late, but i will confirm tonite how many but i think its just one entrance one

Yes you can. The Passenger / Pit passes are transferable, all we have to make sure is that there are no more than 50 passengers in the pit lane / on track at any one time. So if someone wants to leave the pit lane and give their pass to someone else to go in this can be done.

I am going to confirm some of the finer details tomorrow with Palmer Sport, if anyone has any specific queries could you post them here so I can ask them all in one go.

Qustions so far:

Afternoon driver briefing session - any chance of having one?
Catering - confirmation of food to be served on the day?
Wristbands - general queries from the Beds RS POV.

PM breifing session:
Palmer are looking at holding an additional afternoon briefing session for drivers. Would anyone on here take them up on this if offered so I have a rough idea of numbers?

Catering:
Standard food supplied by their caterers is posh nosh. I've told them this is not acceptable and I have asked for Burgers, Chips and Jacket Potatoes, with Bacon rolls available during the driver breifing session in the morning. They think this should be fine and will confirm tmoz.

Start Times:

7.00am Site opens
8.00am to 8.30am - Noise Tests will take place
8.30am - Driver briefing session to take place in the Trackside Suite
9am - Track session opens

So in light of the above, could all track entrants please try and arrive by 8am.
Club stand entrants please try and be on your club stand by 9am.

for thoses that don't know Bedford are pretty strict with alot of peeps in the pits area without passes ..........i know i smuggled a few peep in before and got caught ....

it is an awesome track ....if we are have the full GT Track it's about 3.8 miles with no blind bends loads of run off and a very smooth track

it has to be one of the best in the country ...

There is always floor space at my house (its about 30 mins away from me). Parking is tight in my street but big car park at the end of it, tucked out of the way etc....

Failing that i'll try and get some cheap B&B numbers if you like?
