as above who do you guys recommend, iam based in stoke-on-trent, so the closer the better!

Or Top Marques off King street in Fenton, also powder coaters, did a friends Focus Rs wheels last week and done a really nice job.

I had my original wheels from my Sapph done by them as well and were mint too

Its probably a little too far for you anyway, but avoid Paint & Trim in Ellesmere Port
