Default What spec is small turbo Ecos lambda sensor?

As my lambda sensor apears to have had one wire torn out since I got the car I would like to buy new one to have closed loop operational, now the question is what spec is it? I know t's 4 wires, but is it 3V or 5V sensor? And will standard Bosch/NTK whatever amke sensor work? Checked at Fords but it's ony special order and some absurd money 150-200 pounds or something...
