I think all girls need to be educated about what they should and should't do when they go out. I was always taught never to leave a drink and go back to it and always to buy my own. It's a sad fact of today that when you go out you have to be wary of the predator looking for a victim.

I think all you can do is stress to your daughter the importance of her safety when she is out on the town. It could save her life.

sounds like they were trippimg to me, my mrs worked in A&E and saw lots of folk claiming to have been spiked and after lotsof test were done it turns out they had not. a servey was carried out on all suposed victims and only 4% had anything in there system so most case's it turns out to be drink related. i'm not for one minute saying that this is the case here but it is used by women as an excuss to cop off and then call foul play to a partener. i would say it'smore of a case they took something like lsd then when the trio has gone bad they have called the ambo's to get themselves sorted out as they will feal stupid and can't help themselves. i have been spiked once by a mate he told me before the effects so i did not worrie i had the last laugh though as when he was out of it on acid i told him to call the cops and tell them what he had done and they would help him ahahhahah it took two of my mates to stop himself handing himself in to the cops lol.

If she is in her 20s, then surely she should know about drinks getting spiked without needing the help of a ford forum?

I very much doubt she will ever put her drink down again after that happened, so I dont reckon you have anything to worry about now mate.

TBH I am shocked you both went back to sleep surely they would go to the nearest hospital, or your daughter could text which one, or phone them all and find out where have been admitted, she made her own way home?!

I guess your right, it could be either, tried something and the effects scared her so much they called the ambulance, but sadly it does seem likely to have been spiked, I guess the safest thing is to finish your drink before going for a smoke. Thank god nothing bad happened to the girls (if it was rohypnol would you still be able to drive, or does it depend how much given?)

Perhaps you should report it to the pub and the police so an eye can be kept? (As well as girls being extra vigilant)

Well if they were spiked it sounds like there were fairly tolerant to it! Depending on what it was im sure there would be far more effects than feeling a bit odd and giggling!

If it was pills or acid or infact anything strong I cant imagine they would have been in any state to phone an ambulance!!

Only tried Meph once and it was quite tame, hence why I suggested it really!

Peoples claims of acid spiking is ridiculous, id love to see a drug-virgin get done by acid and make it home in one piece! LOL!!

Redi jedi she may not of been spiked, she may of tried it,had a bad trip and gone to hospital, i was just saying what the symptoms seemed to relate to but as jonnyb said theres other drugs which have pretty much the same effect

even if it was just a pill she took if theyre not with anyone whos taken before her and her mate wouldnt know whats happenin and freaked out and called the ambulance, if she thought she was spiked surely she would of woken u to tell u or your wife, if she did just neck a pill and freak out from a strong come on she prob wont do it again tbh!

Possibly she had a freak out, there are numerous cases of unexperienced drugs users calling for an ambulance. It would shock you what you can get your hands on these days, pharm grade diazepam powder, maybe even ketamine if she was giggling( makes me giggle) hope all is well though mate.

my sister got spiked, she isn't a big drinker, doesn't smoke and not into drugs.

She was out in town with some mates and a few lads had tagged onto them - friends of one of her mates mates.

She said she had only had a couple of drinks and suddenly felt really drunk and unsteady. Luckily being early on her mates were sobber enough to see something wasn't right and took her home. By the time they got her to a taxi she was out of it.

She said looking back there was one of the lads who was really pushing to be the one to get her home 'safe', but her mates had decided they should look after her - good job me thinks.

but on the flip side a mate and his misses decided to do some pills, she spent hours thinking she was going to die repeating the word 'help me, i am going to die, get help'

2 young girls in a bar, unattended drinks not a good ide especially on how easy it is to get these bloody drugs (ie you type in the name in to google and you can buy it like that) ii would say it sounds legit but the way to find out is get her to go to the police, with the reasoning that she wouldent want it happening agian or to someone else if she refuses to go shes lieing if she goes its the true and tbh i think its too serious to lie about

I've always said smoking is bad for you, and here's another example.

I can't believe that two smart young girls would be daft enough to leave drinks unattended for 5 minutes while they are outside for a smoke and then come back and drink them.

If an old fart like me has heard about drinks being spiked, what have they been listening to for the last few years?

I'm glad they are seemingly OK and hope they learn from what could have been a really shitty episode in so many ways - from the obvious drug-rape to the potential for a car crash on the way home.

as i said my wife rang her and she didnt answer the phone . and when she texed my wife she said she was ok and would be home soon . wot i had not put up on the post was nat got into the ambulance 2nd so we fort it was her mate and we did not any different . and when you see a ambulance you dont exspect it to be tacking 2 patients and all so you would think the patient would be the first in the ambulance not all so the second . i hope you under stand
