Again Arsenal were beaten by a much more clinical side, much like against Chelsea. On a good day maybe Nani wouldnt have pulled that off and Arshavin wouldve got one of his strikes in the net, but thats football. Man Utd were much more deadly and in the end the arsenal defending was just not as good as the man utds. Arsenal are a great side, but they do lack a physical presence in midfield/attack. The most threatening guys for them were gallas and vermaelen! Problem with arsenal is they dont use width very well. Their style of play seemed to be a case passing it into the box and using quick feet to find space and play a ball into the striker, but Man u gave them absolutely no space at all, so really they needed a more cutting edge by using the wings, but the problem is arsenal lack height.
lol arsenal have chelsea next week then liverpool after. This really could be a disastrous spell for arsenal. Still, I think the team has matured from last season and i reckon they wont capitulate too badly - after the chelsea loss they did manage to bounce back

btw did anyone watch the man city portsmouth game
possibly the most dull match Ive ever watched! Though ive got a feeling Mancinis priorities will be to sort out Citys defensive frailties before worrying about attacking...hence the conservative displays...probably wise actually
