What do you all use to convert your WMA files to MP4 for iphones, having trouble finding a decent converter for some films i have!

Cheers chaps, just now found an app called Ultra Mobile 3GP Video, seems to convert anything and everything, anyway i've converted a WMA file into an MP4 (MPEG-4) file, I have managed to copy it into my itunes library but it wont let me move it onto my iPhone. Any ideas? I'm shit with these things!!
edit: somehow managed to get it synced, itunes is total shit!!
