I asked for help here and else where got told what I needed to know on a different site
and then added picture to this post.

It's not I don't agree with what the guys say but when a ford race team guy who has the same set up takes you out in his car with the same set up that trumps everything said.

After spending almost £30k on a mk2 it has to be right and someone who has one can't be wrong and with racing a mk2 escort cosworth.

But like I said before thanks for the input

You should have got pro alloy to make you a racetank with a internal swirlpot and foam filled and a proper sender unit so you can have a fuel gauge not a shitty bit of clearhose
You will get there in the end

your not going to comment then about the breather on top of the tank seeing as you have a screw on cap and no way to let air in....................alex at pro alloy made my tank top bloke imo and mine has a breather to let the air into the tank.........looks to me like you have a bomb in your boot waiting to go off,hope im wrong...........
