yeah, it was a more serious drama than a Comedy, Was basicly a story how it all started, thought most of the characters played the parts well, Really was well put to together when you think about it, it had all the key (the background story) parts from the old Series of Only fools....
Pretty sure it was a One off

It was a comedy drama. It wasn't meant to be "another" OFAH.
I thought it was good, very accurate tie-ins to the program, even making Clayton Cooper a character for people who remember his very fleeting appearance in the program!
The 1950's scenes with the cars etc looked great in HD too.

I enjoyed it, I also felt it was true to what we have heard about the early trotter years in only fools and horses.
Wonder if it will turn out to have been a pilot or not, as would make for a good series I reckon.

I enjoyed it. Too many fools comparing it to OFAH....if they thought it was going to be that they didnt ought to have watched it!
