Anyone remember seing that?

Was about some geezer who started up his own GT racing team to compete in the National GT Championchip?

One of the cars they used was a Harrier Cosworth, not a Cossie V8 or anything, a proper Cossie YB Turbo engine in the back of a GT car

Anyone got any pics or spec of that engine? I was only 18 in 1998 so dont remember it too well. Ive found a Harrier Cossie on the net but its 350bhp, im sure the one on the prog had a hoofin great turbo, tho it was 7years or so ago so i forget...

Almost 100% sure that the Turbo was the same one that Renton had on his BMW. TurboDynamics had one left over and gave it to Renton... or that was what they told him any way!

The Car in question is a Harrier LR9 , Win Percy raced one witha YB in the back and still holds some lap records with it . The YB was run for some time before a V8 was used at LeMans .
i nearly bought chassis 1 and 2 froma guy several years ago for Ł2k !!

Dave Brodie of BBR did a lot of work on these and even raced a YB spec one at Le Mans
