escort mk4 efi clocks
ok i know the efi and mfi clocks are different
but which is which lol
if i'm correct the mfi are as follows
rev counter / speedo / petrol / water temp
and efi are as follows
rev counter / speedo / water temp / petrol
can someone confirm this thanx alain

I may be wrong but I thought the Mfi and Efi Rev counters were different. They look the same but are deffinately different. From my experience the Mfi registers at half the rate or it did when I did my efi conversion. Fitted a Efi unit and it read correct....Hope this helps

Pre 1988, the fuel gauge was on the right, temperature on the left.
Post 1988, the fuel gauge was on the left, temperature on the right.
The easiest way to look from the front is for the redline marker. I can't remember exactly where they are on each one, but they are different.

the red line difference is
pre 88 the thick line on the 7k marker is white (red lines before this )
post 88 the thick line on the 7k marker is red (red lines before this )
