ok im hopin somone can help . my v+ box is cockin about since ive moved it . extended the cable and moved the box and ever since then i keeps freezin on hd channels and somtimes when i pause it. ive changed the connectors on the cble as i thought id cocked em up but doesnt seem to make any difference. anyone got any ideas , cheers Ally

ps oh yeah its got a 4db cable simulator on it what ever the fook that is or does .

 

Just call them out to look at it. They will just plug it in to their box of tricks and chances are will be able to sort it out. Fortunately never had any problems with my V+ box but before i had that i was on the standard TV digi box and they always managed to sort out any problems. Also i don't think they charge if the box needs replacing unlike Sky.
