i honestly can't see a bloke who has had his rs since he was a nipper in the 80's flogging it no matter how much its worth.
i remember when it was a standard looking road car without them arches and running the t5 + cozzie 500 motor and capri brooklands wheels,it was faster than modified rs500's but i seem to recall it met its match with sue collins rs200 evolution lol.
there was people asking about the car in its original guise over on turbosport and my mate merpo has the original feature on it from 88 when car and car conversions had it on the front cover,i'm sure i could find the link if anyone was interested.

I remember seeing it years ago at my first every national day and it was phenominal!!! Made my day then a couple years later he did a few laps and pulled off. I luckily spoke to him as he was getting something out the car up at the bailey stand and i remember him saying it had pulled the axle out its mounts or something along those lines.

Paul has no doubt still got the old girl sat in his barn, untouched since the last time it was at National Day! Sat right alongside his Cossie powered speedboat and other toys - I remember as a kid reading about his exploits in the Vecta challenge... LEGEND.

i think that's PeterM's one from turbosport... in fact it definitely is - i can see milinou (might have spelled that wrong!) in the rear window.
